Theirs a second type of workout to unlock that final few inches that's left in your max potential. That workout is called plyometrics. Plyometrics is a type of training that specifically works on your jump, plyometric workouts consist of many different jumping exercises that are normally done on a box. Plyometrics help with explosiveness but they also help with keeping your legs healthy. In order to max out your vertical jump both of these types of workouts are required.
